AI Voice Agents

Every call answered, day or night.

AI voice agents pick up your sales and support lines 24/7, after hours, or when your team is already on the phone. They answer from your own information, deal with routine requests, and send the rest to a person along with notes on what the caller needs.

An HVAC technician checks his phone beside his service van on a tree-lined street in fall.

The problem

Your best caller rings while everyone is on another line.

It’s 8:55 on a Monday. Two lines are lit, someone is at the counter, and the third call goes to voicemail. That caller doesn’t leave a message. They try the next business on the list.

After hours it’s worse. The voicemail box fills up overnight and Tuesday starts with callbacks to people who have already booked somewhere else. Hiring someone to cover evenings, weekends and lunch breaks rarely makes sense.

What it does

What an AI voice agent does on your line

  1. Answers in your business’s name.

Your greeting, your hours, your policies and the tone you’d expect from your best front-desk person.

  2. Works out why people are calling.

A new booking, a quote, a billing question, an urgent problem. Callers say it in their own words, with no “press 1 for…” menus, and the agent routes each call to the right place.

  3. Answers from your knowledge base.

Services, service areas, hours, parking, preparation instructions, and the prices you choose to share. If the answer isn’t in your information, it says so and takes a message instead of guessing.

  4. Transfers to a person, with context.

It hands the call to the right person or ring group, and your staff get the caller’s name, reason for calling and what’s been said so far, by text, email or a note in your CRM, whichever suits your team.

  5. Takes proper messages.

Name, number, reason and urgency go to the right inbox, phone or CRM record. No more “someone called about something.”

  6. Speaks the caller’s language.

It detects the language the caller is speaking and answers in it: English, French and many other languages. If the caller switches mid-call, so does the agent.

Coverage

You decide when it answers.

  • 24/7

The agent answers every call and passes calls to your team when they need a person.

  • After hours

Your team handles the day, and the agent takes evenings, weekends and holidays.

  • Overflow

Your phones ring first. If nobody picks up after a few rings, or every line is busy, the agent answers.

  • Lunch and peak times

Set schedules for the hours your front desk is stretched thinnest.

How it works

How we set it up

  1. We map your calls.

We go through your most common call types with you and agree on what the agent handles, what goes to a person, and what counts as urgent.

  2. We build the agent from your information.

Your website, service list, policies and FAQs become its knowledge base. You review what it will say before it goes live.

  3. We connect it to your phones.

Simplest: keep your number and carrier and forward calls to us. Or we connect it to the PBX you have, or set up one we manage.

  4. We pilot on one line.

You listen to real calls, read the transcripts and tell us what to change.

  5. We keep improving it.

We regularly review the calls it couldn’t answer and fill the gaps.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

Will callers know they’re talking to AI?
We recommend they do, and we set agents up that way. The agent introduces itself as your business’s AI assistant at the start of the call. Anyone who asks for a person can be transferred or offered a callback.
What happens when the AI can’t answer?
It says so plainly. Then it does what you’ve told it to: transfers the call to a person, books a callback, or takes a detailed message. It doesn’t make up answers. Every unanswered question goes on a list we use to improve the agent.
Can I keep my phone number?
Yes. The fastest start is to forward your existing number to us: your number and carrier stay the same, and you can forward all calls, after-hours calls only, or calls nobody picks up. You can also route calls from your current phone system, or move to a system we set up and port your numbers across.
Does it speak French and other languages?
Yes. We’ve run it on live calls where the caller changed language partway through, and the agent followed. You don’t set a language per line or ask callers to press a key for French.
What about emergencies?
You set the rules. Urgent calls, like a burst pipe or a post-procedure concern, can go straight to an on-call number. If a caller describes an emergency, the agent tells them to hang up and dial 9-1-1.
Can it take more than one call at a time?
Yes. Callers don’t wait in a queue while the agent finishes another call.
